Our Lemon Curd powder is a natural blend that can be used to make traditional Lemon Curd, Lemon fillings, French Creme Citron, and much more! Perfect for cakes, tarts, cupcakes, angel food cake, toast, lemon bars, cookies, shortbread, cheesecake, and dessert bars. You can quickly create the creamy lemon base by mixing it with water and butter: Boil 8 oz of water, and add 8 oz of Lemon Curd Powder. Constantly stir until boiling again. Remove from heat. Add 4 oz of unsalted butter, and stir to combine well. Place lemon filling into storage containers and refrigerate for later, or let the lemon filling cool down and enjoy right now!!
